    AFFIDAVIT OF NO INTEREST TO FILE CRIMINAL CHARGES

    I, JOCELYN ROSA-UT, Filipino citizen, of legal age, married, and presently residing
    at Miagao, Iloilo, under oath, hereby depose and state the following:

    1. On March 16, 2019, I reported before the Miagao Municipal Police Station ROSARIO
    N. MOSCAYA for embezzling TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P200,000.00)
    from my employer.

    2. In view of said incident, ROSARIO N. MOSCAYA can be held liable for estafa defined
    and punished under Article 315 of the Revised Penal Code.

    3. However, upon full payment of said amount, I am desisting from filing criminal charges
    against her.

    4. I execute this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing statements and for whatever
    legal purpose this may serve.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 15th day of September, 2020,
    in Miagao, Iloilo.
