Blocks
Blocks are 2D or 3D shapes in dxf or dwg format. They must first be defined as blocks, then inserted in the
project in “ Shapes add shape insert ” . A same shape can be inserted several times.

Exclusions
Exclusions are objects which « mask » points of calculation grids. They allow to create “irregular”
shaped grids. Exclusions must be associate to the grids ( in grid Properties).

Obstructions
Obstructions are objects which block light. They can have reflection properties if a material is
associated AND if inter reflections are activated ( project global properties )

Shapes
Shapes are simple objects used to illustrate the project. They DO NOT interfere with the lighting
calculation. They can be lines, polylines, rectangles, circles text and images.
