    INFORMATION

    The undersigned accuses JOHN DOE of frustrated murder committed as follows:

    That in the afternoon of 15 February 2000, in Agimat St., Quezon City,


    the 31-year old accused did then and there, with intent to kill, box the head and
    kick the different parts of the body of his niece, JANET DOE, 21 years of age.
    He also battered his nephew, Jon-Jon, with a baseball bat. The nephew is 18
    years of age. Both victims sustained massive injuries which could have resulted
    in massive brain edema and resulted in their death had it not been for medical
    intervention.

    CONTRARY TO LAW with the aggravating circumstances of Evident


    Premeditation, abuse of confidence and disregard of age.
