    It is respectfully submitted that a vacancy of “Assistant Engineer” Civil has been published in
    daily KAWISH dated  Oct 21,2018 (Sunday) in BAYNAZIR BHUTTO SHAHEED UNIVERSITY,
    LYARI. I am applying for above mentioned post, through proper channel.

    Hence, NOC is needed as they have required no objection certificate from existing employer.

    It is therefore requested that NOC my kindly be issued.
