This is a legal contract entered into by NWR Dobermans referred to as "Breeder" and
"Buyer(s)" to be referred to as owner of Doberman Pinscher Puppy described below.

changes in address or phone number.

*Your puppy is covered for 36 months against congenital genetic defects. The Buyer agrees to
provide a life-long commitment, comfortable environment, prompt medical attention, proper
grooming and responsible care. This includes keeping this puppy/dog parasite free and up to
date with inoculations, proper nutrition, which consists of a good quality professional feed
given at regular intervals, and fresh water available at all times. The Buyer promises to
provide a safe environment for the dog, and never allow the dog to roam freely without proper
fencing or supervision, never to be on a chain, prefer said puppy to be an inside dog and if
being an outside pet, dog is not be out without proper housing, and be left out in extreme cold
or heat, as this breed it does not do well in heat nor cold temps, be left in a small pen or cage.
If found that dog/puppy has been mistreated, abused, neglected, over bred, or bred to
anything other than a Purebred Doberman. I, Courtney Porter of “NWR Dobermans” have all
rights to repossess the dog(s).
All Puppies Vaccines are to be 3-4 weeks apart, no double doses. Double dosing could cause
HOD, And many other problems.
• If buyer does not contact seller/breeder of first Vet visit after taking position of puppy within
48hrs(Business Hours) or breaks contract.
• If your puppy is found to be abused, you forfeit any rights to your puppy and your puppy
must be surrendered to the
breeder, Courtney Porter. No money will be reimbursed. Buyer must pay all shipping costs to
send the puppy back to the breeder as soon as possible.
• If Buyer refuses to have a necropsy done, contract will be void and the Buyer will lose their
health guarantee. A necropsy is a must if your puppy should die unexpectedly. If Buyer has to
make a decision to Euthanize, Breeder must be notified before that type of decision is made.
• If any of the above is neglected/abused, seller forfeits their health guarantee for the puppy.
When filing a complaint, please take into consideration that no one can know what years and
years of breeding has done to our beloved breed. Treat me with respect and patience and I
promise you will get the same in return. All complaints must be accompanied with vet records
and proof of necropsy having been performed with results; if you can’t prove it then I can’t
work with you. If 2 vets not associated with each other, declares a puppy/dog produced by
NWR Dobermans
to be genetically flawed, then I will replace your puppy/dog from a future litter from parents
that are not directly related to the puppy/dog you purchased. Replacement puppy will be of
equal value and will be the same color as you originally purchased, unless we agree equally
upon another color. The vet must also confirm that the puppy/dog has been properly raised
and not neglected, and otherwise in good health. If your puppy/dog is malnourished, has
visible neglect signs, infested with internal and external parasites, and is proven to not have a
congenital genetic defect, YOU WILL NOT GET ANOTHER PUPPY FROM ME! Because at
that point, you breached your end of the contract and no genetic guarantees will be honored.
If it is found that your puppy/dog is neglected, you will surrender the puppy/dog to Courtney
Porter of NWR Dobermans, immediately along with it’s AKC registration and signed Transfer
Application.
If conflicts or complaints should arise that lead to legal action, buyer agrees to pay and/or
reimburse any and all expenses to include but not limited to filing fees, attorney fees, missed
wages, and traveling fees. Legal documents are to be filed with San Jacinto County in
Coldsprings, Texas.
The following are things that I cannot and will not promise nor guarantee along with an
explanation as to why this
contract will not cover it:
Seller will not cover: Parvo, Distemper, Allergies of any kind, wormy stools, kennel cough, any
hernia’s, diarrhea, cociddia, giardia, heart murmur rated up to a 2, inaccurate diagnoses,
ticks, fleas, neglect, any type of mange, under/over bites, growth spurts, bacterial infections,
bloat, Cherry eye, Cherry eye is common in the Euro Line and if trauma is caused to the eye,
the 3rd eye is not strong enough and a red ball will protrude. von willabrands, Knuckling, Flat
footed, Infertility, litter size, litter temperments, litter colors, OCD, HOD,
Entropian/droopy/loose eye lids, Cow Hocked. Anytype of disease or virus that is not
hereditary.
If at any time the Buyer can no longer retain possession of this dog, the Seller is to be notified
and given first option of resuming full ownership of dog in order for the Seller to locate this
dog a new home. NO REFUNDS ON PURCHASE PRICE WILL BE GIVEN.
The dog will be returned with all AKC papers and medical records. Should any
Circumstances a rise that affect the quality of life of the dog, the breeder/seller is to be
informed so that they may participate in determining the future of the dog. The Breeder/
Seller reserve the right to approve/prohibit any transfer of this animal to a third party. Under
no circumstances will this dog be sold, leased, traded or given away to any pet shop, research
laboratory, animal shelter, rescue or similar facility.
The Buyer agrees to contact the Seller immediately if any questions or concerns arise about
the dog, such as housing, diet, or health. The buyer agrees to keep the seller informed of any
treatment as it occurs. This provides the Breeder/Seller with an opportunity to follow up on
puppies and gives us important feedback and information on the health of our dogs for future
generations.
Should Puppy be diagnosed with a congenital genetically derived medical disorder before the
age of 3 years that is crippling or fatal in nature and which is attested to by two unassociated
veterinarians, Seller will, upon provision of veterinary reports and, where applicable, OFA
report, provide Buyer with a replacement puppy of equal quality as soon as one becomes
available. The original puppy will be returned to the breeder.
Buyer agrees to not register puppy under any other registry other than AKC. If seller is found
to have registered puppy under registries such as CKC (continental kennel club), UKC (united
kennel club), IABCA, ACA, etc. Seller will have to
pay a $3000 breach of contract fee and will have to surrender the dog back to the Breeder,
Courtney Porter. This only applies to those that have not received written and notarized
permission to register the pup under a different registry.
Breeder has made every effort to produce a litter that will excel in temperament. However,
once the puppy leaves Breeder’s possession, its temperament and behavior are determined by
the care and training given by the Buyer.
(a) Buyer understands that Breeder strongly urges Buyer to put Puppy through a puppy/basic
obedience course. This is to ensure that puppy will have proper socialization voice control to
provide Puppy with the best opportunities.
(b) Seller shall in no way be held responsible for acts of Puppy at any point after Buyer takes
possession.
(c ) Buyer agrees that the temperament and disposition of Puppy are acceptable at the time of
purchase. Buyer has been made aware that eventual behavior, acts, and temperament of the
Puppy are solely the responsibility of the Buyer.
Note: All puppies will not leave Breeder's care until 8wks of age.
The preceding paragraphs contain conditions established by the Seller to ensure the well
being of the puppy/dog. The Buyer’s agreements will continue for the duration of the dog’s life
and the Seller will have the right to enforce the agreements. Any disclaimer all court
proceedings will be held in San Jacinto County were the breeder resides.
Failure to have a vet check within 48 business hours after purchasing puppy or notify breeder
of any illness will void this congenital health gurantee.

The UNDERSIGNED Buyer hereby acknowledges having read the terms of the contract and
does hereby agree to abide by each of the provisions set forth above.
