    It is indeed a pleasure to welcome you this morning to this testimonial


    program and it’s my privilege and pleasure on behalf PSU-Urdaneta
    City Campus.
    We are celebrating the success of our new engineers, architects and
    professional teachers. Your PSU family would like to thank you for the
    noteworthy achievement you have given your Alma Mater: a board
    overall performance that landed us number one in PSU and entire
    regions 1 in the last Licensurer Exams.
