The AMS system for State of California will have the ability to store and process the workers
compensation claim form (form WCAB 1) received electronically from an individual who is
injured at work. AMS also facilitates data entry of the victims manually and to send notices to
the victims related to the compensation. The system provides ability to schedule hearings as per
the cases filed and sends automatic mails to the judges and the correspondents involved with the
case with help of macros service cloud functionality. Once cases have been filed, with the help
of Omni channel Routing the cases will be automatically sent to service agents to resolve the
cases quickly.

provides health coverage for eligible needy individuals and families in certain category.
Eligibility is determined based on income, resources, Arkansas residency, and other
requirements. Covered services vary among categories, wherein they are summarized under
MAGI programs includes Healthcare Independence Program, ARkids A, ARkids B, Pregnant
Women, Full/Limited PW, Newborn and Unborn Child. Using IBM Cúram Solution, we build
the eligibility and entitlement system that will allow Citizens to apply for various programs and
avail the benefits. With reference to State policies, the Cúram out-of-the-box functionality has
been configured and customized to meet the State Medicaid requirements.

(Enrollment broker application) is a Java based web application where we enroll clients in
respective insurance programs based on their MVX calculations.

Role and responsibilities:

 Worked on Illinois Client Enrollment Broker Application and enrolled clients in
Medicare and Medicaid services depending upon their eligibility.
