Professional Experience
The AMS system for State of California will have the ability to store and process the workers
compensation claim form (form WCAB 1) received electronically from an individual who is
injured at work. AMS also facilitates data entry of the victims manually and to send notices to
the victims related to the compensation. The system provides ability to schedule hearings as per
the cases filed and sends automatic mails to the judges and the correspondents involved with the
case with help of macros service cloud functionality. Once cases have been filed, with the help
of Omni channel Routing the cases will be automatically sent to service agents to resolve the
cases quickly.
