Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for resumption of work

Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for resumption of work

Dear Colleagues,
We have just come through a very testing period and trust
that you and your loved ones at home have taken every
precaution to stay safe and healthy!
As we prepare to return to work, we have to accept a new
‘normal’ and be ever conscious of taking several safety
measures to keep yourselves and your colleagues safe from
any infections. At our offices and project sites, we have put
in place several preventive & safety measures and we will
follow a new regimen of working that will be introduced in
phases.
The respective HR & Department Heads will keep you
updated about the protocols to be followed to resume
work.
While we have protocols in place, this handbook has
guidelines that you need to keep in mind while resuming
office to keep yourself, your family & L&T safe.

Regards,
Team HR

How do we begin?
Resumption will be in a phased manner to ensure social
distancing. We will monitor the situation closely in the
initial days of resumption and then attendance will be
gradually increased in the subsequent days. Employees will
be grouped by their department / HR heads and will be
advised to report for duty.

First cohort of employees

33% of employees will be identified and intimated to report
to resume operations by their respective Department Heads.
While deciding the names, the following may be considered :
• Key employees required in their respective Departments
• Preference to employees commuting to office by their
own vehicle
