A state senator has suddenly come out of nowhere and made big news.
My conversation with Minnesota State Senator, Dr. Scott Jensen, took

place after I read the explosive statement he made to FOX News, on
April 9th. So let’s start with his earlier FOX statement [1]:
“Right now Medicare has determined that if you have a COVID-19

admission to the hospital you’ll get paid $13,000. If that COVID-19
patient goes on a ventilator, you get $39,000; three times as much.
Nobody can tell me, after 35 years in the world of medicine, that

sometimes those kinds of things [don’t] [have] impact on what we

do…”
I reached out to Senator Jensen, and obtained clarification. Jensen

told me his remark pertained to patients with Medicare coverage. And
the 2 payouts he mentioned are standard insurance payments from
Medicare which would go to the hospital.
Of course, he explained, some hospitals have a pay-share plan with

their staff doctors. Therefore, a windfall for the hospital is passed
along to those doctors.
Jensen told me: Take a Medicare patient who is diagnosed with simple
non-COVID pneumonia. The hospital would receive a one-time
Medicare lump-sum payout of $4600.
However, if that Medicare patient is diagnosed with COVID-19

pneumonia, the Medicare coverage is a one-time $13,000 payment.
And if the hospital puts that COVID-19 pneumonia patient on a
ventilator, the one-time payment is $39,000. NOTE: It doesn’t matter
how long these patients stay in hospital—there is only going to be one
lump-sum insurance payment.
So, I infer, there are several types of financial incentives for hospitals—
ONE: Diagnose as many people as possible with COVID-19.
TWO: Diagnose as many people as possible with COVID-19 who have

light symptoms—making it easy to move them out of the hospital
quickly.
THREE: Put as many COVID patients as possible on ventilators for as

short a time as possible.
Under the heading of “diagnose as many patients as possible with

COVID-19,” there is also the key question of what constitutes “a
COVID-19 patient”—and how the use of that label can be multiplied
and manipulated. Senator Jensen made a few choice comments to
FOX on this subject as well.
From FOX News: “Dr. Scott Jensen, a Minnesota family physician who
is also a Republican state senator, told ‘The Ingraham Angle’
Wednesday that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s
(CDC) guidelines for doctors to certify whether a patient has died of

coronavirus are ‘ridiculous’ and could be misleading the public.”
“Host Laura Ingraham read Jensen the [CDC] guidelines, which say:
‘In cases where a definite diagnosis of COVID cannot be made but is
suspected or likely (e.g. the circumstances are compelling with a
reasonable degree of certainty) it is acceptable to report COVID-19 on
a death certificate as ‘probable’ or ‘presumed.'”
“In response, Jensen told Ingraham the CDC’s death certificate manual
tells physicians to focus on ‘precision and specificity,’ but the
coronavirus death certification guidance runs completely counter to
that axiom.”
“’The idea that we are going to allow people to massage and sort of
game the numbers is a real issue because we are going to undermine
the [public] trust,’ he said. ‘And right now as we see politicians doing
things that aren’t necessarily motivated on fact and science, their trust
in politicians is already wearing thin’.”
“…Jensen then told Ingraham that under the CDC guidelines, a patient
who died after being hit by a bus and tested positive for coronavirus
would be listed as having presumed to have died from the virus
regardless of whatever damage was caused by the bus.”
“…Jensen also reacted to Dr. Anthony Fauci’s response to a question

about the potential for the number of coronavirus deaths being
‘padded,’ in which the NIAID director described the prevalence of
‘conspiracy theories’ during ‘challenging’ times in public health.”
“’I would remind him that anytime health care intersects with dollars
it gets awkward,’ Jensen said.”
Here is where everything Scott Jensen is saying can turn very grim—
As I’ve reported [2], New York ER doctor, Cameron Kyle-Sidell [3], has
made public statements about the misuse of ventilators with supposed
COVID-19 patients. He’s stated that some of these patients actually
have functioning lungs. Their immediate and dire life-threatening
situation is straight oxygen deficit, as if they have high-altitude
sickness. But pressure on the lungs, applied by the use of ventilators
via standard rigid protocols, he says, can cause damage, and even
death.
Imagine what would happen if another way—NOT ventilators—was

found to usefully and safely deliver oxygen to these patients.
The hospitals wouldn’t get their huge $39,000 payout for each
Medicare patient put on a ventilator.
What do you think a hospital would say…what decision would the

hospital make…would the hospital allow a better and safer and
necessary delivery system for oxygen? For every labeled “COVID-19
patient” whose desperate emergency is a straight deficit of oxygen?
Would the hospital forego all those huge Medicare coverage payouts?

Interesting idea. For the reader, the iron lung is a huge contraption that
creates negative air pressure on a patient’s body so that s/he can breathe if
their lung muscles are weak. Not sure if they still use these because a
VENTILATOR is a computerized POSITIVE air pressure unit, called a
VENTILATOR, that I think is what CUOMO in NY is ordering. Note Jon’s
discovery of MEDICARE PAY MENTS for these VENTILATORS… total
conflict of interest where MONEY is causing the disease-label and
subsequent DEVICE-treatment. LAWSUITS are in order I would say
especially since covid patients seem to have low-oxygen intake… not
mechanical lung-muscle problems. Total misdiagnosis on purpose for
money! (if we’re right). MEDICARE is going to have to be LIABLE too.
Other devices for people with problems breathing are CPAP which keeps
the throat open and delivers periodic increased oxygen as a person sleeps.
Quite a common device… advertised on TV by Bill Shatner… Captain Kirk

on Star Trek. Another is the OXY GEN CONCENTRATOR that delivers
periodic concentrated oxygen for older people since atmospheric oxygen of
17% or so might not be enough for their systems. Very common device
now– still requires a prescription– and runs about $1000.
The VENTILATOR obsession for what appears to be the problem of lower

oxygen availability, which might be caused by the 60Mhz 5G effect on
uptake of oxygen by the hemoglobin– (whew– long sentence)– MUST BE
INTENTIONALLY being done since, if “I” can “figure this out” as a piano
teacher… then “THEY ” certainly can. So this essentially a COMPLICATED
scam being driven from high levels… and accepted by all the connected
organizations and people… thereby creating the CORONA CONSPIRACY .
Now– just this morning I see news that Trump retweeted a call for firing
Fauci. It turns out that Fauci is a big fulcrum upon which this CORONA
CONSPIRACY turns. So… not only is EASTER SUNDAY to be regarded as
a turning point… given Trump’s apparent declaration of emergency in all
50 states late last week… and his creation of the OOCCtf (Open Our
Country Council task force).. to be fired up THIS week.. but now we see
from Jon’s post here that the MEDICARE MONEY is an incentive for
HOSPITALS to misdiagnose and mistreat. THIS ENTIRE PROGRAM
must be COLLAPSED asap and people sent to prison.
There are a lot of elements involved in this medical industry power play–
we’ll need an ALPHABETICAL ENCY CLOPEDIA to track it all… not the
least of which is likely the QUEEN OF ENGLAND– an imposter, really,
when you study the history of BRITISH ROY ALTY … and according to
Anna Von Reitz, a connection to the PILGRAM SOCIETY (not connected
the Pilgrims who sailed to America)… but possibly linked to the
PIRBRIGHT INSTITUTE… (whew!)

Agree 100%. Unfortunately, despite the facts that are out there (perhaps it’s
better to say the lack of facts supporting the narrative of this ‘global
pandemic’), people are just going to accept what few (if any) rights and
liberties are returned.
As in post 9-11 times, people accept the e-raping and/or hand raping by
TSA. But hey, 2 ‘airplanes’ haven’t brought down 3 buildings designed to

so that is working!

Even people who can’t multiply or divide or understand how to interpret statistics
can understand what’s going on here. Turn $4600 into $39,000, easy. Well, they
are not getting the numbers they expected, so a lot of those ventilators are not
going to be used. Mortality from ordinary flu and many other causes is continuing
to outpace COVID this year. The show is almost over. They will have to let us get
back to our lives.

I have been telling people for weeks that the hospitals have a financial incentive to
cook the books here. In a sense you almost can’t blame them as they have been
starved of funds and resources for years. However in practice today’s hospitals are
not some stand alone brick and mortar buildings where “good” doctors heal the
sick. They are now but one aspect of the medical establishment that turns people’s
ill fortunes into profits.
As part of the stimulus package payments to providers are increased by 20% for
COVID-19 related cases. Y ou tell me that won’t provide incentives for upping the
number of COVID cases.
Another aspect of the bill provides funding for the ambiguous “preventive services”
which are loosely defined as “immunization or any other item or service intended
to “prevent or mitigate coronavirus disease.”
I don’t think they mean affordable healthy food for everyone to boos their immune
system- which of course would be the real solution for this and other seasonal
viruses.
Jon – can you go into greater details on the pay share plan. I think that is useful
information to have here. Good post.

This is a horrible situation. Ventilator tubes are so painful to put in that they have
to sedate patients because it often lacerates one’s throat. Then when one wakes up
before they pull the tube out, it is a terrifying experience because it feels like you
are being choked by the tube. They have to let you wake up first to see if you can
breath on your own without the machine. If they pulled the tube out before you
wake up and you can’t breathe without it, then they have to lacerate your already
sore throat again to put it back in, often quickly without sedation so one does not
suffocate. And as your posting says, the machine can kill you if it is turned up too
high or run too long, which can cause your lungs to never wake up on their own. I
know because I’ve had a stomach tube put in me and my son-in-law had a
ventilator experience. It is horrible that a hospital would torture someone for
profit.
Here’s an idea to correct the situation. If I have to go to a hospital, I want to take

my personal physician for a second opinion, a patient advocate. The law needs to
be changed to give a patient some money for that purpose. It would save Medicare
money because it would prevent unnecessary procedures. Even before the
pandemic, 20% of all operations covered by indemnity insurance were
unnecessary. Procedures cost a lot more money than a second opinion. All patients
should have medical advocates and money to pay them. Y ou may forward your
posting and my response to your congressperson to change the law.
My analogy doesn’t work for health maintenance organizations, where one has to
fight to get necessary procedures 20% of the time. But here you are talking about
Medicare.

Interesting bc I just saw some comments saying doctors (not sure which
country) told their families they did NOT want to be put on ventilators if
they got CV and things got complicated. They obviously know the danger.

Hmmm, lungs of patients appearing to have high altitude illness. Wonder if that
has any connection with the 60 GHz component of the 5G rollout. 60 GHz has a
98% radiation absorbance by the O2 molecule. This raises the quantum bond
energies of the molecule making it incompatible with bonding to the iron atom
center of hemoglobin in the red corpuscles until such time as the additional energy

Y es, that I can verify through my other sources I’ve been looking at. So not
only do we have the CORONA CONSPIRACY as I described above… we
have the 5G conspiracy– the entire TELECOMMUNICATIONS industry
COLLUDING with the entire MEDICAL INDUSTRY … for a SUPER-
CONSPIRACY … each wing reinforcing the other… leading to this stupid

One more piece of evidence showing how payors dictate what care is given to the
patient.
Pretty soon we won’t have need for doctors, they will be obsolete. They don’t do
what is best for the patient but what will be reimbursed by the payors. Don’t

Well, given that I’m regarding Easter Sunday as the TURNING POINT
where WE the people start going after and ripping apart the CORONA-

hospital a HUGE payout & then hook ’em up to a ventilator & they get paid

Add to this the fact that on February 4th, DHHS issued a declaration through the
PREP act granting liability immunity to pretty much any entity providing “covid
19 countermeasures” – which I imagine means that if they kill your loved one
with the unnecessary use of a ventilator, you can’t sue.

Right, there was also something about that I heard from a guest on Noori’s
C2C a few nights ago where the 9/11 inspired PATRTIOT ACT made it

I’ve been reading your work for years, and admire your devotion to exposing truth.
Sadly, people perceive what they believe, as I’ve discovered again and again –
family, friends, choose the lens they wish to “perceive” through based on beliefs
they fear to lose hold of.
Ultimately, it’s a fear of the unseen – the uncontrollable – The infinite potential of

He does not take into account the satellites and relies on official statistical
data – that could be misleading.
On top of that, the guy looks like he’s spending too much time around
electronic equipment. He needs to ground himself.
