    TO: ALL DEPARTMENT

    SUBJECT: HOLIDAY NOTICE FOR OFFICE BASED PERSONNEL, PER SPECIAL NON
    HOLIDAY ON MARCH 16, 2020 (MONDAY).

    DATE: March 12, 2020

    In view of Republic Act (RA) No. 9492, dated 24 July 2007, amended Section 26, Chapter 7, Book 1 of
    Executive Order (EO) No. 292, also known as the Administrative Code of 1987, by declaring certain days
    (specific or movable) as special or regular holidays;

    Whereas, Proclamation No. 916 signed by President Rodrigo Roa Duterte declaring Monday, 16 March
    2020, as a Special (Non-Working) Day in the City of Davao marks the celebration of its "83rd Araw ng
    Dabaw".

    Hence, we would like to inform you that we have no work on Monday, March 16, 2020. Therefore, all
    office-based personnel will report for duty by Tuesday, March 17, 2020.

    Please be guided accordingly.
