User’s manual 722.

Reading when cold - between max and min (25ºC range).


Precise checking is done at 80ºC.
Once to temperature the oil level must be between the max and min (80ºC range).
Perform cold and hot checks with engine running.
After driving about 20km in the urban cycle, the oil in the gearbox will have a temperature of around 80 ˚ C.

MEASUREMENT OF OIL LEVEL:

1. After driving about 20 km , stop and with the engine running change gears P-R-N-D-N-R-P,
wait for 5 seconds on each of the gears.
After coming back to P , wait in this position about 2 minutes and then you are ready to measure the oil.

2. The oil level is measured at the engine running, gearbox in position P, car must be on a flat, level surface.

3. Put the dipstick to the end - until it reaches stop.


After putting the dipstick on the bottom of the gearbox bowl the dipstick "lifting eye" should protrude 10-20cm
above the dipstick channel.
THIS IS NORMAL - dipstick is service tool used in many models of cars, which have different dipstick channel length.

4. Pull out the dipstick and check oil level. The ideal result is the upper half of the scale.
To be sure the oil level should be measured 2-3 times scale wiping perfectly clean lint-free cloth.

5. Excess oil must be drained or drain. If it is necessary the refill the oil, pour not more than 100ml at a time. After each refilling,
wait a few minutes until the oil completely pours through the filling tube into the gearbox, then you must proceed to the next
measurement of oil level. Repeat step 5 until the establishment of a proper oil level.

DO NOT DRIVE WITH THE DIPSTICK MOUNTED! THIS IS A SERVICE DEVICE!
AFTER MEASURING OIL LEVEL THE DIPSTICK MUST BE REMOVED!

- cold oil in the gearbox (30 °C) - between marks 2 & 4


- warm oil in the gearbox (70-80 ° C) - between marks 8 & 12

After coming back to P or N , wait in this position about 2 minutes and then you are ready to measure the oil.

- warm oil in the gearbox (80 ° C) - between marks 5 & 7

Seller is provides 24 months guarantee on product quality and safety of the measurement performed in
accordance with the instruction manual attached to the dipstick and on manufacturing defects.

Seller is not responsible for mechanical damage caused by wrong or improper use of the dipstick against its
destination.

In case of any damage the user should stop using the dipstick and immediately contact his dealer for advice
and possible complaints.

If case of any defects arising from the fault of the manufacturer the dipstick will be replaced with a new
(where appropriate reimbursement.) one within 14 days of receipt of the product complained.
Costs resulting from the complaint shipment shall be borne by the buyer
