BUILDING?

• Any simply piece of real estate property that is used for


business operations and activities constitutes commercial
property.

• Six sub-classifications of commercial building:

 Office buildings
 Retail buildings
 Industrial buildings
 Multifamily housing
 Hotels and motels
 Special-purpose buildings.
