It is worthwhile to mention here that that the aforesaid property originally purchased by my
father vide registered Deed of Sale No. 2371 dt. 06-11-1954, Volume No. 2 Book No. 1 Page
No. 132- 134, and after his sad demise. I inherited my share in the said property as his legal heirs
as per Hindu Law of Succession and recorded my name in new M.S Khatian.
AND
WHEREAS I, the Principal Executant am the owner of the Scheduled lands property, and since
residing out of station and unable to manage the same directly, hence it necessitated me to
appoint Attorney for my lawful share to do Inter – alia the following acts, deeds and things viz;
1. To appear and act in all the courts, Registration offices, Land Reforms Offices and in any
other office, and to sign, verify and file Petition, Application, Written Statements in

respect of my above noted inherited ancestral property as more fully mentioned in
SCHEDULE.
2. To appoint and constitute on my behalf Lawyers/ Agents/Mohrar/Law clerks even
Attorney whomsoever required.
3. To withdraw and receive documents from any court, office or opposite party either in
execution of decree or otherwise.
4. To sign, verify and file documents in respect of my above noted immovable properties
whenever required for and on my behalf.
5. To negotiate or terms for and to agree to and sell my aforesaid landed property to any
intending Purchaser or Purchasers at such price or prices which my said ATTORNEY his
absolute discretion thinks for and proper, to agree upon and to enter into any agreement
or agreements for such SALE or sales and/or to cancel and/or repudiate the same.
6. To receive from the intending purchaser or purchasers any Earnest Money and/or
advance or advances and also the Balance of purchase money on completion of such sale
or sales & to give the said CONSIDERATION MONEY/ Sale Price to me or deposit
the same in my Bank account and to give good, valid receipt and discharge for the same
which will protect the Purchaser or Purchasers without suing the application of the
money. Upon such receipt as aforesaid in my name on behalf and as my act and deed to
sign, execute and deliver any SALE DEED or Deeds of SALE, conveyance or any part or
whole of my schedule below landed properties in favour of such purchaser or Purchasers
and to deliver physical possession in the manner that is possible in the circumstances of
the said property to the purchaser or purchasers or the nominee of the purchaser or
purchasers.
7. To sign and execute all other deeds, instruments and assurances which he shall consider
necessary and to enter into and/or agree to such covenants and conditions as may be
required for fully and effectually conveying as I could do myself, if personally present.
8. To present any such deed or deeds of SALE CONVEYANCE or CONVEYANCES or
other document or documents for REGISTRATION when executed by him, to admit
execution thereof and receipt of consideration before the Additional District Sub
Registrar, Sub Registrar or District Registrar, Registrar of Assurances of other Public
Bodies or Body Corporate having authority for and to have them registered according to

law, and to all other acts, deeds and things consider necessary for the transferring and/or
conveying my said property to such purchaser or purchasers as fully and effectually in all
respects as I could do the same myself.
9. This Power of Attorney shall not convey or constitute any right or title to enjoy the
property to attorney, it may be revoked by me/the principal executant whenever
necessary. This power of Attorney doesnot create any transfer and monetary benefit.
AND I do hereby agree to ratify and confirm all and whatever other act or acts my said
attorney shall lawfully do, execute or purport or cause to be done, executed or performed
in connection with the Sale of my said inherited ancestral landed property, in my name,
more clearly given in the SCHEDULE below in such manner as he thinks proper hereby
conferred shall not extend to change nature and character of the land nor do any
construction work or raise any building over my said land and as such my said Attorney
is not empowered to change nature and character of the land nor raise any building/
construction over the Schedule below land by him.
