Executive Summary
This internship report is prepared as a partial fulfillment for the MBA program of the department
of Business Administration under Jagannath University This report focuses three months
working experiences in Nirjhor Knitwear Ltd (NKL). This report will give a clear idea about
Nirjhor Knitwear Ltd (NKL).The report contains four main parts: Introduction, Overview of
the organization, Main body of the report & Findings, recommendation, conclusion etc.
In my first chapter, I have explained about my study. Here, I have discussed about background,
objectives, scope, methodology and limitations of the report.
In my second chapter, I have tried to describe company profile. I have mentioned the historical
background of Nirjhor Knitwear Ltd (NKL)., its mission, objectives, functions, management,
profile, departments, findings etc. I have also mentioned about structure of Nirjhor Knitwear Ltd
(NKL).
And other chapter I try to discuss about the Compensation administration and its role in making.
And try to discuss about the enter findings, conclusion, few recommendations, which will be
helpful for development of Nirjhor Knitwear Ltd (NKL).
