master, It allows you to move around the court while you’re in possession of the ball. To
perform dribbling you must dribble with the use of your fingertips and Don’t involve the
whole hand to avoid losing control of the ball.

muscle of our legs. And it also give us toned legs, uprades our cardiovascular system and

Running
Description:im with my cousin grandma and uncle, my grandpa cannot do this skill because he
has joint problems.,running is is one of the basic skills that a basketball player should
possess, because in this sport , speed defines the best. In order to be good in running you
must first have a good pair of shoes, and always do a dynamic stretching and warm up if
possible.
Benefits: it helps build up endurance and stamina, strengthen bones, maintains healthy weight,
and it also loose belly fats. It can also make your muscles get toned, and will have a fit or a
good shaped body.
Rebounding
Description: my uncle is the only person who can do this skill because he is tall and not old,
rebounding one of the major aspects of the game . It is your ability to jump with power to
gain possession of the ball as it bounces to the rim after a failed shot before it touches the
floor. In order to perform this skill you must Practice good footwork and vertical
leap or jumps and Anticipate where the ball will land.
Benefits: it may improve our balancing skills, improves our cardio and immune
system, improves coordination and lowers cholesterol levels.
Passing
Description: passing is It is a skill that maximizes the
involvement of all players in setting up a play to earn successful
shots and points for the whole team. It is performed through
Like shooting, the ball should have a backspin to it. This is
