Organizational Behavior deals with the study of human behavior within the
organization. It deals with the individual or group behavior in organizations, external
environment of organization and the organization itself and determines its impact on
the job structure, performance, communication and leadership.
1 .Job Satisfaction:- Job Satisfaction is all about an individual’s feelings about the
work, work environment, pay, organization culture and job security.
2. Finding the right people:- Any Organization which has to achieve its objective and
has to achieve right growth needs to have right kind of people for the right job.
Organizational behavior can be helpful for finding the right mix of talents and
working styles required for achievement of the task at hand.

tradition. Being a manager you should have to very precised in terms of leaves,
meetings and holidays scheduling.

This is a common fear which occurs in the mind of many employees. Especially the
ones who consider change to be a threat and think that their roles within the
company will be replaced by a machine or computer that can do the job cheaper or
faster.
As with any change in the workplace, changes in technology could cause anxiety
or even resistance among your employees. The role of the human resource manager
would be to develop strategies to combat this resistance to change which begins by
assuring employees of their worth for the business. They must be able to
