    The scholar has made a good effort to address a very critical issue related to “The Impact of
    Corporate Governance and Cash Holding on Firm’s Financial Performance: A Case of non-
    Financial Firms in Pakistan”. The theme is well introduced in an absorbing manner, the
    results are logical, relevant and go well with the general understanding and the discussion
    component is lucid and appealing. On the basis of review it is recommended that work may
    be considered for the award of degree subject to incorporate the following suggestions.
     Latest studies are required to be included in the literature review chapter i.e. 2018 to
    2019, etc.
     The justification/rationale of selecting the idea of research study should be mentioned
    in the Chapter 1
     Problem statement should be supported by updated literature and theoretical gap.
     There is need to add the knowledge gap with a separate heading to highlight the need
    for the study. Also, there is need to develop conceptual framework on the
    recommendations and suggestions of the earlier studies to conduct this study.
     The results of the current study are not compared with the findings of the earlier
    studies.
     It is strongly advised to follow the APA style and/or the style suggested by the
    university.
     Findings of the research should be related to the established theories reported in the
    thesis.
     Discussion, that is basically the comparison of results of the current study with the
    earlier studies, is missing. There is a need for addition.
     Overall good efforts are put in by the scholar and this thesis is recommended for the
    award of degree of MBA (3.5) Years.
