    Club Management System

    Abstract:

    A club management system project that provides and manages various club activities such as
    member registration, registration for various regular and vacation batches and more. The sports
    club management system software is a java built system that manages the entire club activities
    and provides respective functionality for various types of visitors. This system is built with
    respect to managing a cricket club. It allows normal users to avail for club membership, book the
    ground at for desired days and even enroll for various activities in the club. The sports club
    management system is built keeping in mind various daily activities of a cricket club and the
    software automates all these club functionality for easy operation of the club.

    Existing System:

    In the existing system information is not collected or stored in correct time. User friendless is not
    maintained properly. Can’t update the latest data. Risk of mismanagement of data. No proper
    coordination between admin and user. Less secured.

    Disadvantages:

     Users cannot pay online.


     Users cannot connect with admin.

    Proposed System:

    The proposed system is an automated system in which people information can be updated easily.
    This system is a user friendly system which provides easy and fast access. Information can be
    received or send easily without any delay. Provided with high level security.

    Advantages:

     Helps cricket clubs to register members online.


     Allows cricket clubs to allow users to book ground online.
     Automates the working of cricket club activities.
