f) Collected Works of Baba Saheb Ambedkar (CWBA) Celebration/observation of


Birth Aniversary/Mahaparinirvana Divas

The birthdays of Dr. Baba Saheb Ambedkar, Dr. Babu Jagjeegvan Ram are
celebrated as State functions at State Level and District Level in a grand manner
every year.

g) Dr.Ambedkar Samaik Sanstha Kendriya Yojna for Library/Community
Centre/Bhawans/Local Bodies/NGOs (Cities, towns, District of Tehsil
Headquarters.

Community halls are sanctioned on matching finance basis. During the last rive
years about 300 Community Halls State-wide in Andhra Pradesh. Libraries are being run
in some of the Community Halls.

Additional information to be supplied by the State:-

1. Good initiatives of State Governments (good points).

2. Areas which require improvement (bad points).

Social Security:-

1. Preventive steps to reduce/eradication of poverty

2. Promotional steps to provide food, housing, health and education.

3. Protective steps against loss of income, medical care, sickness benefit,


unemployment benefits, old-age benefit, employment injury benefits, family
benefit, maternity benefit etc.
