    AFFIDAVIT OF TRANSFEREE

    We, SPS. BENEDICT B. BADIDLES & SHEILA NIKKO M. BADIDLES, of legal


    ages, Filipinos, and residents of Zone Taurus Pawing Palo, Leyte, Philippines, after
    having been duly sworn to in accordance of law, do hereby depose and state:

    1. That we, own an aggregate landholdings of not more than Five (5) hectares in the
    Philippines to include that area embraced in Katibayan ng Orihinal na Titulo Blg.
    P-000000 and Tax Declaration No. 000000 00302 R13, containing an area of
    ELEVEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED AND SIXTY (11,360) Square meters,
    more or less, designated as Cad Lot No. 9362 Case-29 Cad. 505 situated in Brgy.
    Sacme, Tanauan, Leyte;
    2. And a parcel of land, containing an area of SEVEN THOUSAND FOUR
    HUNDRED SIXTY THREE (7,463) square meters more or less, covered under
    Katibayan na Orihinal na Titulo Blg. P-00000 and Tax Declaration No. 000001-
    00304 designated as Lot No. 9338 situated in Brgy. Sacme Tanauan, Leyte,
    Philippines, which we acquired by way of purchase from SPS. JULIUS S.
    PALADA & LORETA O. PALADA;
    3. That this affidavit is executed by us in compliance with DAR Administrative
    Order No. 1, Series of 1989 as well as to show proof that “ we have an aggregate
    Landholdings not to exceed five (5.0) hectares throughout the Philippines” and for
    whatever legal purposes this may serve.
