percentage is adjustable. For example, a disk with a total size of 100G, after transferred to 50%,
there will be 50G download space. Resetting the disk will clear the previous configured data, and

Note: Click the download button before the list to re-download the task.

4.6.7. Automatic download precautions

1) Download priority
 Between multiple devices: according to the connection limit, the one which gets online first will
download first. It will wait if exceeding connection limit.
 Single device: according to task type, priority (From high to low): manual task, single task, daily
task(Weekly tasks, monthly tasks) (daily, weekly, monthly have the same priority)
 Peer order download order: start time, end time, task id (in peer task, the minimum start time will
download first; at the same start time condition, the minimum end time downloads first; at the same
end time condition, the minimum task ID downloads first.)
2) Clipping rules of the beginning of the task, the end time
If there is an intersection between the task start/end time and the video start/end time, the video is
captured within the task time. For example, Task start and end time is 8: 01: 00-8: 02: 00, and the video
start and end time is 8:00:00-8:03:00, then the video of 8:01:00-8:02:00 will be captured.
3) Server file storage
 Server video file directory storage structure: drive letter: \ user defined directory \ license plate \
date \ Recond \ video file.
Overwrite strategy: the software will automatically identify each time the server will have those
available disk, and then listed out for the user select. Users can configure the disk usage as needed, and
then user-defined directory, which will automatically generate a record that is like a file storage structure.
When the user is configured, you can normally download the video.
52
For example: the server has C, D and E The user only select C and D drives, then available disk are only
two ones. Video recording will start from C, and after its storage is full, which will switch to D.
4) Causes that do not download the video
 After selecting the disk, it will not download recording when the configuration is less than 500M of
space.
 There is no disk available that can be recorded.
 Do not select automatically cover function, when the disk storage video space is less than 1G or
greater than the space that the disk usage minus 1G
5) Automatic deletion of condition
 When the disk storage video size is greater than the configuration usage minus 1G , it starts to
delete. For example, a 100G disk with the usage of 50%, it will not go to write video files when the
usage is 49G.
 When the remaining space can be stored less than the disk usage rate, it starts to delete when the
remaining space less than 1G. For example, a 100G disk with the usage of 50%, but the disk storing
other files of 60G, it will start to delete when the remaining space is less than 1G.
 Delete will start from the earliest video file directory. It stops deleting when the remaining space
does not meet the deletion condition. For example, it will switch to D disk to store recording when
the C disk storage space is insufficient. However, it will delete the earliest file of C disk when the D
disk storage space is insufficient. If both dicks storage space is insufficient, it will not stop deleting
until some space available is found from C or D disk.

6) Disk usage
Disk usage: to store the video space. For example, a 100G hard drive with the utilization rate of 50%,
there will be 50G space can be used.
7) Why is disk usage minus 1G enabled for deletion?
If it won’t start delete until the usage rate is 100%, there will not be any space available to store
recording file during deleting. Therefore, it start to delete when there is some space available and which
will not affect saving recording.
8) Earliest directory
According to the date inside the path to find the time for the earliest directory, then defined as the earliest
directory, if all the car files recorded file directory time are consistent, then find the newly created
directory is defined as the earliest directory, then delete the directory and directory Of all the video files, if
the deletion fails, mark the directory, and then query the other earlier directory. It is defined as the
earliest directory which is created at the earliest time. If all the file directories were created at the same
time, then it will be defined as the earliest directory when it is created at the latest time. If fails to delete
the directory, it will mark it and keep searching the earlier one.
9) Task status description
