    1. Pls make sure your CPU score is higher than 3000. How to check your CPU score?

    If it is less than 3000, pls upgrade your CPU or change your laptop with higher CPU
    score. Otherwise, It’s normal if you can’t log in classin.

    2. Pls make sure your internet connection is stable and good. First, pls make a speed test.
    And make sure your internet connection meets the requirement.

    Here are the suggestions:


    1. use wired
    2. if you can only use wireless advice to sit next to the router
    3. turn off the backstage unrelated program
    4.Other people in the family don't take up the network
    5. contact operators to improve the network environment (instead of allowing
    users to buy more bandwidth, so that the quality of home network can be
    improved by communication).

    Your internet connection will be affected by the bad weather. Bad internet connection will make
    it difficult for you to log in the classin.

    3. If your CPU score is higher than 3000, but CPU is occupied a lot.

    Tip: clear the classin cache. And you can also “ ctrl+shift+esc” to check which
    process is occupying your CPU a lot, then click finish the process.

    4. You can’t log in the classin due to the interception of Anti-virus software and firewall.

    5. If your internet connection and CPU, both of them are fine, pls try to change the server and
    choose the lowest ms.

    6. If all the above is fine, but you still can’t log in the classin. Pls take
    the screenshot about your CPU score, internet connection, no antivirus
    programs, lowest server, can’t log in the classin. I will help you to
    remove the penalty. Otherwise, pls do not say” I can’t log in the classin,
    I am kicked out from the classin” then blame the classin.
