Gau: Good Morning and welcome to the 2nd Graduation Ceremony of Villa Concepcion High
School with the theme “Unity in Diversity: Quality Education for all”.
Ner: Guest, friends, ladies and gentlemen, let us welcome the graduating class of school year
2018 – 2019, together with their parents, with their teachers, principal, assistant school division
superintendent and guest.
Ner: Graduation is the ceremony when qualified students are conferred an academic degree by
the school. It is the best time where our learners reap the fruits of their labor and sacrifices. It is
when they pay tribute to the hardships of their parents and give honor to the teachings of their
second parents, their teacher. It is the time when they are about to bid temporary goodbye to their
classmates, friends and Alma Mater.
Gau: Now let us all stand as we the sing the Philippine National Anthem to be conducted by
Ms. Raemarie Jan Gersin
Gau: Please remain standing for a prayer to be led by Mr. Marcelo G. Rafael.
Ner: May we all be seated.
Gau: To deliver her welcome remarks, may we call in Ms. Joyce S. Agustin for her message.
Gau: Thank you Joyce!
Ner: At this point, let us have our PTA President Mr. Joel E. Aguilar for his message.
Ner: Thank you sir!
Gau: Now to formally welcome all of us, may we call on our Brgy, Captain Hon. Soledad A.
Quijano.
Gau: Thank you Ma’am. A warm applause please.
Ner: At this point, our secondary school principal II, will present the candidate for graduation.
Let us all welcome Sir Eddie C. Reyes.
Ner: Now to officially confer our candidates for graduation and to deliver her message, let us
all welcome our assistant school division superintendent Maàm Madeline L. Macaling. A warm
round of applause please.
Gau: Thank you so much Maàm. And congratulations to our graduates!

At this juncture, may we request our asds, school heads, and guest speaker to do the
honor in distributing the diploma to our graduates. May we invite you to come up the stage?
Ner: Thank you so much! You now have the ticket to aim higher and dream bigger. Brace
yourselves and be prepared for more. Give yourselves a big, big hand for a job well done.
Gau: Talking more about the theme, we invited a very special guest to inspire all of us. And to
introduce our guest speaker, let us welcome Sir Marcelo Rafael.
Ner: Thank you so much maàm for the very inspiring and insightful messages you imparted
this morning. Your words will surely guide our graduates as they tread a new path in their lives,
may your message motivate them to strive harder.
Ner: Maàm please remain on stage as we award this certificate of appreciation for your
presence. May we request our school head to come in front and to do the honor. Please allow me
to read the citation.
Gau: How about another warm, round of applause for our guest speaker? Thank you once
again.
Gau: Deserving graduates will now be awarded medals of honor. May we request our school
head, asds, and guest speaker to do the honor in distributing the medals and certificates.

Ner: Let us now listen to the word of gratitude message, of our student Geraldine C. Agustin
Ner: Thank you Geraldine.
Gau: May we callon Kristell Jane Baggoy to lead the graduates in their pledge of loyalty.
Gau: At this moment, May we call in the Grade 11 Adviser for the awarding of certificates to
the deserving students
(grade 11 advisers giving certificates)
Ner: May I ask the shs coordinator to come up on stage to assist the school head in giving the
certificate.
Ner: Before the final song, we gratefully acknowledge the presence of our sds, asds, guest
speaker, pta president and our brgy officials headed by our brgy captain, in this event.
Ner: At this point. We shall listen to the graduates final song. Entitled “I’l always remember
you”.
Ner: And for the State of the School Address, may we call on our Secondary school principa
ll, Sir Eddie C.Reyes
Ner: Thank you sir,.
Gau: May we call on our SHS coordinator for his closing remarks. Sir Benjamin G. Visaya
Gau: Thank you sir.
Ner: In behalf of the school administrative staff and faculty, we joyfully congratulate the
graduates, their parents and advisers. We sincerely thank all the donors of the medals and
awards, those who helped and supported us and all our guest who attended this momentous event
Thank you very much and mabuhay!
Gau: The recessional will be led by our guest, our school division superintendent, principal,
coordinators, teachers, parents and graduates.
