• Access Control: Optimized the access control wizard and other features and functions.

– Optimized the access control wizard to help users learn the configuration logic of access
control.

 Added the wizard button to the lower left of the Access Control module.

 Added flow chart to wizard to provide a better understanding of the configuration logic

 Added a mechanism to verify each step before proceeding. For example, users cannot
proceed to the next step without adding any devices.

 Added automatic backup function to the wizard.

 Simplified each page of the wizard by removing unnecessary configuration.

– Removed the duplicate Device Management module from Access Control.

– Added the Model Fail Face tab to show faces that failed modeling.

– Added ability to add and remove function tabs in Advanced Functions.

– Removed the 1-month limitation for log searching.

– All devices are selectable instead of one.

– The video playback windows can be maximized.

• Video Intercom (in Access Control):

– Changed the unlocking prompt tone from the main preview and call answering pages.

– One indoor station or room number can be associated with multiple people.

• Status Monitoring: Optimized the Status Monitoring module.

– Deleted the Access Alarm Event tab. The Alarm Event module can be used for centralized
viewing.

– Integrated door control and access control modules into one page to simplify operation and
viewing.

– Can now show all access points from all groups.

– For access control devices with video channels, snapshots can pop-up after clicking on
snapshots, and there is a button to open and close the door.

– If an access control point is associated with a video channel (configured in the Event
Management module), the related snapshots and recorded videos can be viewed.
