MyLearning is your one stop resource for all of your training needs. Here you will find training assigned to you
by your manager, HR mandated courses, and be able to search for training to help you in your role.
In this guide we’ll cover how to get started with your training, how to search our broad catalog of classes, and
how to ask for assistance if you should need it.
Let’s get started!
Getting Started
The MyLearning portal is located at the below URL. All you need to get started are your
credentials that we’re provided in your welcome email.

If you can’t remember your credentials there’s no need to worry. Below the login screen
is a link to retrieve your ID or password. Click on those links and follow the instructions
to reset your login credentials.

Navigating MyLearning
Navigating MyLearning is extremely easy. Let’s take a few minutes to review the
features of this system.
1. All of your current assignments live in the “My Learning Assignments” widget.
Courses consist of single classes and groups of classes called “Programs”.
2. You can look for additional classes using the “Find Learning” widget.
3. The “Links” widget allows you to modify your account, run reports, and view
QuickGuides.
4. The “Featured” widget shows you upcoming classes.

Accessing Classes
Keeping track of your assignment due dates is easy in MyLearning.
The “MyLearning Assignments” widget shows you when your current assignments are
due.
Overdue items are shown first and then courses with upcoming due dates are shown
below that in the order they are due.
To launch an individual class simply locate the course you wish to start and select “Start
Course” The course will open in a separate tab and when complete it will close and
return you to your learning plan.
Programs are a collection of related courses. In order to receive completion for the
program you must complete all classes within the program.
Select “View Program” button to begin. All individual courses are shown and can be
launched from here.
Browsing Catalog
Want to look for more training? It’s really easy in MyLearning. From the home page
select “Browse All Courses” in the “Find Learning” widget.
This will load the MyLearning catalog.

1. You can search for courses by entering key words into the search bar at the top of the
page.

3. You can even “filter” results by categories and topics using the tool on the left.
Clicking the more button beside each learning item provides you with more options. You
can Start the course if you are ready, Assign it to your learning plan for future use, or
recommend it to other learners in your group.
Support
Here are some helpful tips in case you run into any system issues.
Pop-ups - When you launch content in MyLearning it will want to open the course in a
pop-up. If you notice that a window does not open when you launch a course, make sure
that in your browser settings you enable pop-ups
Clearing Cookies - It’s a good idea to clear your browser cookies every once and while.
If you notice course content is not loading, try clearing your cookies.
Flash - Note that MyLearning does require you to have to most updated version of Flash.
Consult IT if you need to have this installed
SAML Error - MyLearning requires that you use third party cookies in your browser. If you
run into a “Fail to Authenticate” error, use this link to guide you through enabling your third
party cookies:
