Description:Puniska Healthcare is a new age pharmaceutical company, part of Puniska


group, based out of Ahmedabad, India. It has been founded by Mr. Kalpesh Patel after selling
his majority stake in a $300 million injectable business. Puniska is coming up with a state of
the art Injectable manufacturing unit 20 kms away from Ahmedabad city. It will invest around
$50 million in the first phase and the unit will be operational by year 2020. The facility will be
compliant to highest regulated bodies such as US FDA and UK MHRA.

Roles and Responsibilities:


 Use of ASAP Methodology for implementation process.
 As-Is preparation & To-Be process documentation.
 Prepared Business Blue Print Document for Business Scenario's.
 Identifying gaps in business and providing solution either with enhancements or by
considerable changes in business process.

Kusum Healthcare products are marketed in 9 countries namely Ukraine, Uzbekistan
