    We are the Asian Medical Student's Association – Student-Oriented


    Secretariat Head: Medical Advocates (AMSA-SOMA), a non-stock, non-profit, non-
    Keshia Gandionco government organization of medical students from Cebu Institute of Medicine
    with the core values of Leadership, Service and Growth.
    Finance Heads:
    It is part of AMSA-SOMA’s goal to empower future physicians by providing
    Marian Tortugo avenues of learning outside the classroom and hospital settings in order to
    Nicole Perez assist them in becoming more effective and more socially-responsible
    healthcare professionals in the future. In pursuant of this goal, a Public
    Health Forum will be held this coming March 30, 2019, in one of the
    Program Head:
    convention centers in Cebu City, with the theme “TAGUBTOB: Resonating
    Louie Ignacio Healthcare Development Through a Weave of Multi-Sectoralism.”

    This one-day event focuses on the Healthcare System of the Philippines, its
    Externals Head:
    stakeholders and the issues that public health is currently facing. The forum
    Era Abdulhamid aims to bring together around 300 medical and pre-medical students from
    all over Cebu, not only to educate them, but, more importantly to provide an
    Promotions Heads: avenue for discussion regarding these key issues and emphasize the role of
    pre-medical and medical students in public health. Talks and parallel sessions
    Richie Militante
    will be conducted by distinguished medical practitioners and major
    Christine Ballesteros stakeholders in public health.

    In line with this, we would like to invite your establishment to be one of the
    Logistics Heads:
    sponsors of this event. We would appreciate any contribution, in cash or kind
    Dan Mortalla for the event. As of now, we are in need of hotel accommodation for our
    John Mendoza speakers, contents for our kits for the participants, tokens for our speakers,
    stationaries for certificates, printing for our promotional materials, meals,
    snacks and beverages.
