Introduction
There is and advent of modern Development in Akure the capital of Ondo state
which is quite notable with the inflow of shopping organisations and firms like the
Shoprite Akure mall, Ceci supermarket, pep store and increase in government
projects like the ultra-modern market, ultra-modern garages for public transit
vehicles and inflow of modern standard hotels, these puts this city as a new
frontier for modern investments. Akure being the capital of Ondo state with a
population of about 570 thousand Nigerians which makes it the largest city in
Ondo state about 700km Southwest of Abuja and 311 km north of Lagos State.
We observed that amongst all this beautiful development, there is no eatery or
restaurant who offers a standard pizza service with class. Dominion pizza is being
noticed to offer pizza service in Lagos with a world class service that makes it
distinct and with several outlets throughout lagos.
Aim
Our aim is to introduce this new frontier with a large population on the demand
for a standard pizza service to your organisation in other for you to come in and
invest just as eateries like chicken republic, captain cook, Tanterlizers and the
likes have done and are ripping its fruit.
Location description
These are the proposed location sites of the projects:

Alagbaka area of Akure
This area was suggested best due to it influx of the high class earners of Akure and
the modern houses and estates. This area is the location noted for the central
bank of Nigeria Akure(CBN), zonal Headquarters for major banks like the first
bank of Nigeria(FBN), guarantee trust bank(GTB), the bank of industry(BOI) etc.
This location also houses state ministries, the government reservation area(GRA)
and also the governor’s office.
Futa area of Akure
This area is suggested because of the proximity to the federal university of

Akure(FUTA) which is a federal institute with more than three thousand students
both in and off campus and also inflow of lots of other activities which includes
administrative and banking. And this Location is also close to the average income
earners of Akure and it is also famous for housing the infamous Agape ministries.
