• Project Proposed: Significance of Marketing and Sales in busines dvelopment of


Fifty6 Digital and its impact on revenue

• Synopsis :

Description of Project in brief: The project focuses on the impact of sales and marketing on
business development of the firm . It uncludes core marketing techniques as well as the whole of
digital marketing also. The project aims to determine the role of sales and marketing in
increasing the revenue of the firm .
About the Company : A multi-national marketing agency which understands that marketing is
much more than websites, social media, apps, videos and campaigns . We provide services that
are tailored for your business to get best experience of improved brand awareness , increased
customer satisfaction , re-branding or re-positioning, increased web traffic, acquire new
customers & retain the old ones .It provides a range of services and products such as :

Work assigned and method of delivery :
The primary work assigned is in marketing which originates at identifying the market and then
segmenting the market to target individuals and groups and make a list of prospect which are to
be converted into actual customers . After making a list of prospects the next step is to draft a
promotional marketing emil which defines the work of the company and promises to deliver
services as per the requirement of the user . After sending the email the next step is to do cold
calls and answer to the emails as well which have been responded or enquired by the prospects
.The next stage is of sales in which those prospects who have agreed or showed an interest in the
email or call have to be aproached . On meeting with them , I have to elaborate them the key
deliverables of the company and make them understand why this company ?
The work also includes an complete insight of Digital Marketing in which all the aspects have
been covered such as SEO, Social media marketing , Mobile marketing,E-mail marketing,
Content developement and various other important elements of digital marketing.

• Objective of the Project: The objective of the report is to give the insight of what my
work during the SIP let me achieve in my professional field and how I benifited the organization
with my work . The work here has helped me to broaden my understanding about marketing that
understand marketing is much more than websites, apps, videos and campaigns. It’s about
customer engagement, satisfaction, sales and revenue generation for the firm . The extent of
marketing and the degree of its preciseness in tapping the targeted market decides the grapgh of
revenue in fututre.

• Methodology:

Use of primary as well as secondary data in making the prospect list .

Use of marketing techniques such as demographic segmentation to select the market .


Use of Softwares for analysis of results

Developing content on primary data collected

• Limitations of the Study: 1) The study is confined only to the areas around Delhi
NCR in the Indian market.
2) The study will consider the use of primary data more than the use of secondary
data . So the information regarding any other changes in the market after June 2019
will not reflect through the study.

3) The study will be limited to only parameters considered to be important to the


performance of organization in marketing perspective . So the effect of other minor
factors is considered to remain same and neglected for measurement purpose.
