    The Ambedkar Education Trust has been running free classes for underprivileged students for the last 4 years in 5 rooms at the MCD Primary School in Sawan Park. However, the number of students has increased significantly, making it impossible to accommodate all students in the 5 rooms. Therefore, the Trust is requesting the Municipal Commissioner to allow them to use 5 additional rooms so that each class can be allotted one room and all students can be accommodated.

    Sub: Increase in the number of rooms allotted to Ambedkar Education Trust in MCD primary
    building Sawan Park, Ashok Vihar

    Dear Sir,

    Dr. Ambedkar Education Trust is a registered body and is running free classes for under privileged
    students for last 4 years at Sawan Park. The Trust is running free classes for poor students from KG
    to 10th class students.

    North Delhi MCD has kindly provided the Trust with the permission to use the MCD Primary School
    at Sawan Park, Ashok Vihar, Civil Lines Zone vide letter D/797/ADE/CL2113 for classes from I to Vth.
    The permission is to use 5 rooms while our request was of 10 rooms.

    We request you to kindly allow us to use 5 more rooms as it would be impossible to accommodate
    all the students in the 5 rooms allotted . The reason for the request as the number of children has
    increased manifold and it would be better if each class is allotted one room.

    We request you to kindly consider our request.
