    Abbreviations
    ch – chain
    ss – slip stitch
    dc – double crochet
    st – stitch
    ch sp – chain space


    Pattern

    Round 1

    • Start with either a magic ring, or chain6 and ss into the first chain to create a circle.
    • ch 3
    • 15 dc.
    • ss into 3rd stitch of first ch(chain) 3.



    Round 2

    • ch 3,
    • 2 dc in the same st,
    • ch 2,
    • Repeat this section 3 times:
    o Skip 1 dc & 1 dc in the next dc of the 1st
    round,
    o ch 2,
    o skip 1 dc & 3 dc in the next dc of the 1st
    round,
    o ch 2
    • Skip 1 dc & 1 dc in the next dc of the 1st round,
    Round 2 Complete
    • ch 2,
    • ss into 3rd stitch of ch 3.

    Round 3

    • ch 3,
    • 5 dc in the 1st dc from the 2nd row,
    • 1 dc in the 2nd dc,
    • ch 2,
    • Repeat this section 3 times:
    o 1 dc in the next dc from the 2nd row,
    o ch 2,
    o 1 dc in the 1st dc of the 3dc-shell from the
    2nd row,
    o 5 dc in the 2nd dc of the 3dc-shell from the
    2nd row,
    o 1 dc in the 3rd dc of the 3dc-shell from the
    2nd row, Round 3 Complete
    o ch 2,
    • 1 dc in the next dc from the 2nd row,
    • ch 2,
    • ss into 3rd stitch of ch 3.

    Round 4

    • ch 3,
    • 2 dc in the next two dc from the 3rd row,
    • 5 dc in the middle dc of the 5dc-shell from the 3rd row,
    • 3 dc in the next three dc from the 3rd row,
    • ch 2,



    • Repeat this section 3 times:
    o 1 dc,
    o ch 2,
    o 3 dc in the next three dc from the 3rd
    row,
    o 5 dc in the middle dc of the 5dc-shell

    Round 6

    • ch 3,
    • 6 dc in the next six dc from the 5th row,
    • 5 dc in the middle dc of the 5dc-shell from the 4th row,
    • Repeat this section 3 times:
    o 7 dc
    o 2 dc into the ch sp
    o 1 dc into next dc
    o 2 dc into the ch sp
    o 7 dc
    o 5 dc in the middle dc of the 5dc-shell from the 4th row,
    • 7dc,
    • 2 dc into the ch sp,
    • ss into 3rd stitch of ch 3.
    • Fasten off.
