    Recently I decided to replace my old fuel injectors of my personal car


    with the following injectors manufactured by Continental VDO (same provider
    of the genuine parts): A2C59513554;
    My personal car is an VW Golf MK6 1.6 TDI with the following VIN and
    engine code: WVWZZZ1KZAM*****, CAYC.

    Is this type of injector fully compatible with my car or engine ECU?


    Does these injectors support the adaptation of the minimum fuel injected
    quantity (standard process after OEM injectors replacement) ?

    Dear Mr. U****,

    the partnumber that you mentioned below is correct. The VW Injector A2C59513554 is the
    replacement part for this particular engine. You can validate this with comparing it with the OE number
    on the old injectors which is 03L130277B.

    Hello Florian,

    I would like to thank you for your fast response. Meanwhile I installed 4
    injectors with A2C59513554 code (all fine) and I went to my local VW
    dealer to finish this procedure by adapting the minimum injected
    quantity. During this operation all injectors has been damaged, they
    sound like hitting the metal followed by huge fuel consumption.
    After 2 hours of using them in this shape, the car refuses to start
    anymore. This lead again to my previous question:

    Is this type of injector compatible with the adaptation of the


    minimum fuel quantity injected?
    What is the difference between 03L130277B (which was installed by VW
    but manufactured by Continental VDO) and A2C59513554 ?

    Dear Mr. U****,

    the injectors 03L130277B and A2C59513554 are absolutely identical just with another part number on
    it and without any differences in quality or functionality. The independent aftermarket has to use other
    part numbers than the OE manufacturers. The specs, technical figures and dimensions are exactly the
    same, so it is very likely that the mistake rises from wrong handling of the injector.
