    In 2016, revenue increased rapidly (up to 756,189,337,000 VND), as

    approximately 15% from 2015. It shown that the company's doing in a right
    way by having upscale in term of food industry and expand their market
    and pushing production to the higher level. Cost of sales rise up as
    56,265,735,000 VND (1,41%) but not fast as the speed increasing of
    revenue leads to gross profit was very massive 708,923,605,000 VNd,
    respectively 82,13%. The reason for that is: In 2016, productivity and sale
    service was grow tremendously. Profit and Revenue both grew up makes a
    good image for Vina AceCook

    Besides, profit from operating activities climbed up to the number of


    386,665,345,000 VN, respectively as 193,34%; because the cost of
    manufacturing and the others cost reduces makes the profit before taxes
    was higher than 2015. By reducing cost and increasing sales, the profit of
    2016 was much higher than the previous year.

    In the other hands, as we can see in the balance sheet, the total
    liabilities and owner's equity increased from increasing in revenue, even
    when the debts were cut off by paying for the investors ( the short term
    debts decreased by 11,54% and long term debts decreased by 3,02%)

    In general, 2016 is the big successful year of AceCook because they


    had market expansion and pushing production. The good management of
    company makes the company lower cost . That's two main reason makes
    AceCook having big impact in food industry and be the first in their market
    in term of revenue and profit.

    Recommendation:

    Problem

    In 2016, fastfood industry have welcome more foreign countries go to


    VietNam market. It makes the increasing of Acecook slower even though it
    still looks growing fast.

    Some companies made the product look-alike Acecook (e.g: Ho


    Hng of Asia Cook is similar with Hao Hao noodle of AceCook). This will
    make customer misunderstanding in picking Acecook's product.
    The rumor that company doesn't give the customer respect makes a
    group of people stop believe in the company and stop buying AceCook
    product.

    Recommend:

    Companies should makes larger budget for marketing their product,


    that means more advertising in mass media and Internet.

    Improving their quality of product and service can blow out rumor
