Statement of Purpose
I am DEEPAK. My date of birth is 28/07/1993. I am an Indian Passport holder and currently residing at
JEEVAN NAGAR district,SONIPAT HARYANA . I live in a nuclear family. There are 4 members in my
family. My father is a government employee. He is working in the MAHANAGAR TELEPHONE NIGAM
LIMITED(MTNL) DELHI . My mother is a home maker.
My qualifications
I have passed my H.S.C in March 2011 with 74 % from DELHI PUBLIC SCHOOL PANIPAT CITY under
CBSE BOARD . Then I took admission in JAIPUR NATIONAL UNIVERSITY for completing my Bachelor of
Engineering in MECHINICAL. In MAY 2015 I completed Bachelor of Engineering . After attending several
seminar of ECU in new delhi I had decided to study my Masters degree (MIB) in Australia and for the
same I started preparing for my IELTS exam. I scored overall 6.5 BANDS.
Reasons for choosing Australia as a study destination over India
Competition in India is every increasing along with the age old problem of quota system prevalent here
in India. It is a great problem even for the students who are getting as high as 90% to get admissions
in the college of their choice. There is unnecessary pressure and burden of clearing entrance exams to
get admission in engineering or medical college, even after getting a very good percentage in their
10+2 exams. Further to this Indian Universities generally do not focus on the practical approach of a
subject and is more inclined to make the students updated with only theoretical knowledge.
Australia is the powerhouse of dynamic and progressive education programs with a reputation for
excellence. The learning style is totally different from other countries. Living expenses and tuition costs
in Australia are considerably less expensive than the UK and USA with the same
educational standard. Australian climate is quite too similar to Indian climate. Educational
infrastructure in Australia is also better than of Indian universities. The Educational institutes in
Australia focus more on Practical approach making a student ready to enter their career. Australian
education in the field of civil engineering and its project management is globally recognized and is
adopting new infrastructure at a very creative way. Australia provides a safe enjoyable and healthy
lifestyle for studying and living in it. Its government holds a good control over its university to maintain
standard of quality according to international standard.
Why I CHOOSE ECU in comparison with other universities.
I have attended many seminars in NEW DELHI and then I came to know about ECU. After this seminars
I did research on internet. I read many blogs as well of students stating their experiences and benefits
they received after acquiring a degree from ECU. It is one of the largest regional Universities and
getting a degree from this University would put my career here in India at a zenith. The course which I
have opted to pursue; Masters degree in Project Management covers all the aspects and is taught by
learned teachers. Hence I have opted to chose ECU for my Masters degree.
Why I choose PERTH.
PERTH is not much populated as compared to other states which i like. Perth is ranked among one of
the top 50 best students cities in the world as per a survey. Perth is the multi culture hub of creativity
and invention that provides students with forward thinking perspectives. Its sub-tropical climate makes
it ideal for any outdoor life-style.
Why I choose MASTER OF INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS.
MIB play vital role in making world creativity.It has many business opportunities and to maintain such
business there are some special people who can handle it. It has bright future all over the world . And I
want to base my career in India. India is a developing country where in a lot of business opportunities
are to be carried on. Hence my international degree in this subject would fetch me a good career.
My future plan
The future of this course is bright in my home country. I want to become a successful business man
and wants to set up a import export business in my country, and the India is a good platform for
fresher because india country is developing country. I want to be successful in this field and this can
happen only if I got the proper practical and theoretical knowledge of this major. So I need one chance
to study in this institute to fulfill my dreams.
The reasons to return my home country
After completing my education in Australia I plan to come back India and make my career shine in the
field project management. Australian master degrees are not only well recognized here but is also well
respected. In the future to come a number of opportunities are expected to increase. So in this way
this course would be beneficial for me for my career growth. Moreover I am emotionally attached with
my family and country.
