    1) Branch should collect Rs. 20 extra (total of Rs.500+Rs.20 = Rs. 520/-)
    from the remitter as bank charges and to be credited to the branch
    commision account.
    2) Branch should write the Branch Name, Branch Code, Journal No. &
    date of remittance invariably and hand over both the BEML's Copy &
    applicant's copy to the remitter duly signed.
