    Greetings!
    As part of BS Architecture program of our college, students enrolled in this course must undergo
    an on-the-job training. This would give them the chance to be exposed to the actual working
    environment and applying theories and principles they learned from their studies.
    As a well-established company, we believe that you are our perfect partner in achieving the
    objectives of our OJT program. In this connection, we would like to request your office to
    accommodate some of our students for their training.
    We would like to recommend our student, MA.DONNA F. BENITO to undergo a total of
    240hours, 180 hours for office training and 60 hours for site of the on-the-job training in your
    company during the first term of semester of this year. At the end of the training, we require our
    students to submit a narrative report of their experience together with a certification and
    evaluation of their performance in your company.
