pursuant to 87(2) (b) of the Freedom of Informa8on Law. Under 87(2)(b) agencies can withhold

pursuant to 87(2) (g) of the Freedom of Informa8on Law. Under 87(2)(b) agencies can withhold
inter-agency or intra-agency records that are not (i) sta8s8cal or factual tabula8ons or data, (ii)
instruc8ons to the sta that aect the public , (iii) nal agency policy or determina8ons, (iv) external
audits, including but not limited to audits performed by the comptroller and the federal government.
