Dear Candidate,
1. We thank you for responding to our Advertisement No. 3/2015-FCI Category - III published in Employment News dated 14.02.2015 for Direct
Recruitment of JUNIOR ENGINEER (JE) (CIVIL ENGINEERING / ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING / MECHANICAL ENGINEERING), ASSISTANT GRADE-II
(AG II) (HINDI), TYPIST (HINDI) AND ASSISTANT GRADE-III (AG III) (GENERAL / ACCOUNTS / TECHNICAL / DEPOT).
2. Request for change of Written Test Centre/venue will not be entertained.
3. Admission to the Written Test Center will be on the production of this Admit Card only, duly completed.
4. Candidate has to keep the Page 2 of the Written Test Admit Card with him/her after it is signed by the Invigilator with Centre Seal and Keep it in
safe custody for future reference, if required.
5. Candidate should affix same coloured photographs as uploaded while Applying Online, duly self-attested, on this Admit Card, in the spaces
provided. Candidate is required to put his/her signatures and Left Hand Thumb Impression on this Admit Card in the presence of
Invigilator ONLY in the examination hall and the same will be collected from him/her or handed over to the Invigilator during the examination.
Ensure that candidates signature, Left Hand Thumb Impression and Invigilators signature are put (in the space provided for it) on the Admit Card
as well as on the Attendance Sheet.
6. Candidate should carry two spare identical passport size coloured photographs as affixed on the application form. If required the same shall be
collected by the Invigilator.
7. Candidate should also bring their Photo ID Proof in original for verification purpose. Photo ID Proof may include any one of the following: (i)
Election ID Card (ii) Pan Card, (iii) Driving Licence, (iv) Photo ID issued by FCI or by the Employer, (v) Passport (vi) Aadhaar Card. IN ABSENCE
OF ORIGINAL PHOTO ID PROOF, CANDIDATES WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ENTER IN THE TEST CENTRE PREMISES.
8. Candidate should reach the Written Test Centre 30 minutes before the start of examination. Candidates coming late will not be permitted to
appear in the examination.
9. Candidates should bring only Blue/Black Ball Point Pen for marking the OMR Answer Sheet. Marking with any other type of pen is NOT
ALLOWED.
10. MOBILE PHONES / PAGERS / CALCULATORS/ SCANNING DEVICES/ ANY OTHER ELECTRONIC GADGET / SCALES / ALGORITHM TABLES are strictly
prohibited inside the test centre. Test centre will not be responsible for its safety/loss. There is no storage arrangement for these items at the
centre.
11. Candidates are not allowed to carry any Papers, Books, Notes etc. in the Test Centre. Any candidate found using, or in possession of such
unauthorized material or indulging in copying or adopting unfair means is liable to be summarily disqualified.
12. Please read the instructions on Question Booklet carefully before start of the examination.
13. After the examination is over, handover the OMR Answer Sheet along with Admit Card to the invigilator before leaving the examination room.
Candidates are allowed to retain the Question Booklet after the Written Test.
14. All Multiple Choice Questions carry equal 1 marks. There will be No negative marking for wrong answers. No mark will be awarded or deducted for
not attempting a question. Candidates are, therefore, advised to keep this in mind while answering the questions.
15. The candidate applying for the examination should ensure that he/she fulfills the eligibility conditions for admission to the examination. The
admission at all stages of the examination for which he/she is admitted viz., Written Test will be purely provisional, subject to his/her satisfying the
eligibility conditions. If on verification at any time before or after the Written Test, it is found that the candidate does not fulfill any of the eligibility
conditions, his/her candidature for the examination shall stand cancelled without any notice or further reference. Hence the candidate is
provisionally permitted to appear for the Written Test. Issue of Admit Card for the Written Test does not confer any right of Acceptance of
candidature and should not be construed as an acknowledgement of fulfilling the eligibility criteria.
16. Traveling and other expenses incurred for attending the Written Test will be borne by the candidate himself/herself.
17. Any attempt to influence will lead to disqualification of candidature. Canvassing in any form by the candidate would entail his/her disqualification.
18. Discrepancies, if any, regarding the candidates particulars in the Admit Card should be reported by email to [email protected] latest by

19. Scribe shall be provided to those candidates who have opted for the same in the Application Form. The additional time shall also be provided as per
extant instructions.
OMR Answer sheets are scanned by machine to compute the scores. Accuracy in scoring is dependent on the examinees marking their answer sheets
properly. Therefore, accurate scoring is dependent on your strict adherence to the following instructions:
1. Every question has four answer options. Mark the answer option number by darkening only the corresponding oval on the answer sheet using
BLUE/BLACK BALL POINT PEN ONLY.
2. Mark answer only in the space provided. Darken ONLY ONE OVAL for each answer. If you darken more than one oval or any stray mark is found on
more than one oval, your answer will be treated as Wrong Answer even if one of the given answers happens to be correct.
3. The method of shading the OVAL has been indicated in Important Instructions on the OMR Answer Sheet and these must be strictly followed.
4. DO NOT fold or wrinkle the OMR Answer Sheet. Rough work MUST NOT be done on the OMR Answer Sheet. Use the space for rough work given at
the end of the Question Booklet.
