BORING? Mean?
Think Again.

Sometimes its hard to sort through

tough times alone. Problems build up
and you can lose sleep, find you cant
concentrate, or even become
depressed. When you need to talk to
someone, your school counselor or
guidance counselor can be a great place
to start.
School counselors know how to listen
and help. Theyll take your problem
seriously and work with you to find a
good solution. Counselors are trained to
help with everythingnot just school
stuff. A counselor can help you deal
with sadness when someone has died,
and advise you on taking the right classes to get into your dream college.
You dont need to know exactly whats
bothering you when you talk with the
school counselor. Its OK to make an
appointment just to say hello. And if
you need advice, just ask!
