appointments so you want
to get there early. The clinic
closes at 4 PM Monday through
Thursday and at 11 AM on
Friday.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION: If you have Medicaid, you do not need parental consent to receive services. If you have insurance, bring your insurance card. If you do not
