procedures, manuals, and forms; process participants previously monitored by Immigration and Customs
enforcement into the G4S Justice Services monitoring format for more enhanced supervision; in-process
new participants and determine an appropriate level of supervision and monitoring by gathering personal
information such as family status, education, employment and criminal history then place participant in
scheduled telephonic reporting, Radio Frequency, or Global Positioning System monitoring; verify
addresses of all participants; conduct unscheduled home visits of enrolled participants; meet with
participants during scheduled office visits; provide such assistance as necessary to enable a participant to
comply with the conditions of his/her alternative to detention agreement; complete reports of any
irregularities; provide periodic reports to the G4S Justice Services Program Director to enable
measurement of this program's effectiveness; provide information as to strengths and weaknesses of
monitoring equipment and placement procedures; report any irregularities to office manager for further

Transportation District buildings for physical security; assist the California Highway Patrol and other law
enforcement agencies as required; assist in the apprehension of possible suicides; assist other law
enforcement agencies in the apprehension of persons of interest; assist with traffic and crowd control;
collect parking meter revenue, issue parking citations, and provide security for pick-up and delivery of
Gift Center and Bridge Cafe funds and daily receipts; operate tower elevators and perform driving duties
as assigned; write incident reports; maintain positive public relations and perform preliminary
investigations of complaints from the public; know and follow the safety and health rules and safe
working practices as applicable to this patrol officer position.
