Scope of Supply

: Complete Machine assembly with drive V belts, Motor pulley, Motor base frame,
necessary foundation bolts, tools & tackles, discharge Blow ducts for a length of 1 mtr , Preparation of G.A.,
foundation drawing, trial running and commissioning& Training.

Buyers Scope:

Squirrel Gauge Induction Motor and its accessories, any type of Cement Concrete
Foundation work, Erection of the machine & conveyor, Transit Insurance.

Note:

Please send motor frame details along with order or afterwards, for the fabrication of motor frame, motor
pulley, bore finishing and key waying and for the preparation of foundation drawing.

As the fly knives has to be grinded periodically for continuous operations, we recommend one Knife
Grinding Machine along with Wood chipping Machine.

Validity of Quotation

: 30 days. The rates, terms & conditions quoted in this offer is valid within India
Only

Delivery

: With in 20-30 days

Taxes
: 2% tax against Form C . Excise Duty is not applicable. However, taxes and
duties as applicable at the time of delivery of the machine will be chargeable at actual.
Payment
: 40% interest free advance along with order. Delivery Period will be counted only from the date
of receiving advance. Balance 60% against inspection of machine at our works by your engineers or prior to
dispatch of the machine against Proforma Invoice.
Forwarding charges : Actual from your end
Guarantee
: Our Machines are guaranteed for a period of One Year from the
date of delivery. During this Guarantee Period, all parts which are proved to be defective, unusable due to faulty
material, design or workmanship would be replaced for no cost by our company at the earliest. Any damage due
to bad maintenance and / or failure of following operating instructions as mentioned in the operating manual,
incorrect applications etc. is excluded from the purview of this guarantee
Our Responsibility for replacement of parts does not extend to the parts, which can subject to natural ware and
tear.
Trial Running and Commissioning: For trial running & commissioning of machine, please provide food
and accommodation, domestic Traveling facilities to our engineers and technicians.
