Green by Dhruv Futnani is a passionate young team, bringing experiences from Asia,
America and Europe together. The 6-member team brings in a variety of expertise ranging from
architecture, and engineering with one thing in common: Passion for Green Buildings.
Green by Dhruv Futnani is actively involved in various green building projects and provides
green design assistance, integrated sustainability solutions, energy- and solar simulations and
green building certification consultancy services. We take pride in our teams efforts to make
projects more sustainable through improving the design and incorporating sustainable
practices. We feel that Green Buildings are the first step toward a more sustainable future and
undertake projects at master planning, city level and educational programs.
Our clientele range from architect, builders and other individuals who have decided to build in
a sustainable manner and create projects which are of better quality, save energy and water
during operations, provide a better indoor environment for the occupants and evoke a sense of
pride in the entire team. We undertake full service certification for LEED (IGBC & USGBC) and
Green Design Assistance projects.

Dhruv is well experienced in the field of green building design and
certification. He has worked with leading architectural firms in the USA
like LPA and Cooper Carry completing over 10 LEED certified projects
globally. He headed the Spectral Sustainability Group in Noida for 2
years and completed 3 LEED Platinum and 2 LEED Gold Buildings.
Dhruvs passion for integrating Green Building design with
Architectural Design pushed him to start this company which is
focused on True Sustainability rather than only focus on Green
Ratings. Dhruv has always excelled at integrating architecture and
MEP services to achieve cost effective sustainable development. He
has spoken at various forums internationally and leads the team.
Dhruv takes an active role in designs helping the team from concept to
implementation of strategies and also in advising on Green strategies
for existing buildings.
Kalpana Tyagi
Energy Analyst, Diploma in Architecture, IGBC AP
Kalpana has over 4 years of experience in Energy Modeling and
Daylight Simulation. She has worked with energy modeling software
like EQuest, Energy Plus and VisDOE and Solar Simulation software like
Ecotect. She has completed many LEED Certified projects in India of
New Construction, Core & Shell, Commercial Interiors and GreenHomes rating. Kalpanas architectural background is an asset in
assisting designers and engineers to optimize the energy conservation
measures in terms of building envelope, materials, lighting and HVAC
systems.
