    description
    - To peg out the gridline setting out points
    for every useful gridline by licensed
    surveyor on the completed structures or
    on the ground with 300mm offset from
    the original gridline and verified by
    licensed surveyor.
    - Each pegs setting out will be verified by
    contractor surveyor every morning
    before start works
    - Carpenter to set out the piling pegs
    by using the gridline setting out pegs
    provided by licensed surveyor.
    - Licensed surveyor will randomly
    verified the piling pegs done by
    carpenter (if required)
    - Carpenter to set out the column
    centre point on X and Y gridline offset
    out from the pile cap.
    - The offset X and Y pegs will be tied
    with string.
    - To pitch and handle the R.C. Pile onto
    the ground at piling peg position.
    - Before the driving of the pile, to
    ensure that the pile setting out on
    the correct position by measuring the
    pile to the line X and line Y string
    line.
    - After check on the position, proceed
    to drive the pile. Our foreman or site
    argent will full time supervise the
    piling driving works.
    - Close monitor on the verticality of
    pile and monitor while driving the pile
    by measuring the pile to the X and Y
    string line from time to time.
    - To record the pile set (minimum 3
    continuous set graphs) with proper
    recorded.
    - After the pile is set, final checking on
    the position to the X and Y string line.
    - Repeat process 4 to 7 until individual

    - To carry out the PDA Test for selected
    pile as request by S.O. / Engineer (if
    required)
    - To excavate to required level and cut
    off the pile head.
    - If necessary the pile cap soffit
    formation level to be prepare 1st for
    piling work and repeat step 2 to step
    4.
    - To prepare lean concrete for the base
    of the pile cap (75mm thk as per
    construction drawing)

    description
    - To carry out the as built piles survey
    for every cut off piles by our licensed
    surveyor.
    - As built piles survey drawing to be
    endorsed by licensed surveyor and
    submitted to S.O. / engineer for
    review and comments prior pile cap
    construction.
    - If any pile group out of position was
    detected after the as built survey and
    rectification work is required ,
    contractor will submit the proposed
    rectification method and design for
    consultant (JKB) review and approve
    prior pile cap construction.
    - To provide column centre point by
    licensed surveyor on the lean
    concrete for every pile cap.
    - To install formwork and rebar to the
    pile cap based on the column centre
    point provided by the licensed
    surveyor.
    - To submit the inspection form to S.O.
    or engineer for inspection before
    casting.
    - To cast the pile cap after inspected by
    contractor engineer, S.O. or engineer
    on site.
    - To cure to concrete.
