Special Technique
join with sc = Place a slip knot on hook, insert
hook in indicated stitch, yarn over and draw
up a loop, yarn over and draw through both
loops on hook.
Notes
1. Cardigan is worked from top down.
2. Back is worked from shoulders to base of
armhole, then fronts are worked to base
of armhole. A row joins the fronts to back,
then remainder of cardigan is worked in
rows downward.
3. Sleeves are worked in joined rounds from
armholes to cuffs.
4. Edging is worked in rows across lower
edge of fronts and back, then in rows
across front edges and neckline.
5. Chain spaces are worked in front edge for
buttonholes.
