    TERMS AND CONDITIONS:


    1. Down Payment shall be the basis of confirmed reservation.
    2. Terms of payment : 50% down payment not later than 1 week before the event and 50% on the day of event.
    3. Cancellation of reservation shall be at least 2 days before set-up. A 50% surcharge is due from the
    client for cancellation made 1 day before the set-up.
    4. Client shall provide meals and snacks for the technicians and crew.
    5. Client shall pay 100% of rental fee for cancellation made on the rental date.
    6. Any requirement not stated in this quotation shall be charged separately.
    7. C.R. Sytian has the right to pull-out or not to set-up any equipment(s) if security and safety
    precautions are at stake.
