Served as Senior Project Manager for the AT&T Altria Richmond Metro Network Upgrade which is to provide increased bandwidth for the primary corporate links and upgraded the Richmond Metro area capability. Reconfirmed necessary bandwidth required as a minimum based upon Altria current network usage. Then working with IBM, and AT&T order necessary circuit capability for installation, testing and implementation. Served as Senior Project Manager for the Network and Server Transformation Teams where The Commonwealth of Virginia has undertaken a comprehensive IT infrastructure transformation initiative replacing their state-wide network with a single Northrop Grumman network. Defined the exit criteria for the Network Transformation determining the sites to be administered for the effort. Reconfirmed exit criteria for Server Transformation determining the targeted servers to be transformed into the network by agency.
