Served as Senior Project Manager for the AT&T Altria Richmond Metro Network Upgrade which is to provide increased bandwidth for the primary corporate links and upgraded the Richmond Metro area capability. Reconfirmed necessary bandwidth required as a minimum based upon Altria current network usage. Then working with IBM, and AT&T order necessary circuit capability for installation, testing and implementation.
