The dashboard allows athletes and coaches to collect wellness, monitoring and training load data over time and visualize it graphically to track trends.

The dashboard can collect up to 5 wellness measures, 3 training load measures and daily comments to monitor an athlete's condition over time.

The dashboard displays up to 3 selected wellness measures and 1 training load measure graphically below the data input tables to visualize trends over time.

This spreadsheet is an individual Athlete Wellness Dashboard - designed to collect Wellness and Monitoring data with graphical visualization. Sheet 2 Athlete Wellness Dashboard This sheet allows you to add up to 5 Wellness measures, 3 Training Load measures & daily comments From the drop down lists in YELLOW you can then select up to 3 Wellness measures & 1 training load measure to be visually represented below. Sheet 3 - Wellness Shows and example Wellness Questionnaire consisting of 5 questions on a 5 point scale. Wellness measures can be adapted to suit your preference on the Dashboard. Sheet 4 session RPE Shows a Borg 0-10 RPE scale. Explains how to calculate sRPE and has a ready to use sRPE Calculator

To calculate session RPE multiply your RPE score by the duration of the session

E.G. A Very Hard session will be rated as 7 This session lasted 60 minutes 7 x 60 = 420 Therefore sRPE = 420
