EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The project work is pursued as a part of MBA summer training at IFTM University, Moradabad. It is undertaken as a traineeship at NAPS. Employees are the basis of every organization. Recruiting and retaining knowledgeable people for the job is essential for an employer. But it works only if employee satisfaction is considered more important because of it employees attracted and not leave the company. It is require studying the various factors to assess employee satisfaction level. This project is carried out to translate the theoretical knowledge of the subject into the practical fieldwork. This project is carried out in partial fulfillment of the MBA from IFTM University, Moradabad. This project is based on the summer training, which was done at NAPS. The main aim of the training to find out and to analysis the various aspects related to job satisfaction. We have covered almost all the aspects, which are related to Job Satisfaction. The company profile is given in the beginning of the report the data have been collected by help of questionnaire, which is given in the report. The collected data have been analyzed and shown in the form of graph. The first part gives an insight about the meaning Hr functions, Company Profile, Objectives of the study, Research Methodology. One can have a brief knowledge about Recruitment function. The second part of the Project consists of data and its analysis.
