CONTROLS TO PUT IN PLACE ENSURE THAT 1. ALL THE DOORS ARE LOCKED WITH CHILD LOCK EVERYTIME AFTER USE 2. A STAFF MEMBER IS PRESENT IN THE ENTRANCE LOBBY AT THE TIME OF ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES OF THE CHILDREN. ENSURE THAT 1. THERE ARE NO UNWATED MATERIALS, SPILLAGES Etc ON THE FLOOR. 2. THE CHILDREN GO ONE BY ONE, HANG THEIR COATS, AND RETURN ONE BY ONE 3. ALL THIS IS DONE UNDER PROPER SUPERVISION ENSURE THAT THE FLOOR IS CLEANED AND MAINTAINED REGULARLY. IN WINTER, WHEN THE FLOOR BECOMES UNEVEN THE SECOND HALL IS USED FOR SESSIONS. ENSURE THAT THE CARPETS AND MATS ARE CLEANED AND MAINTAINED REGULARLY

DOORS IF THE DOORS ARE NOT LOCKED, CHILDREN MAY WANDER HERE AND THERE, MAY GO OUT OF THE SETTING, INTRUDERS MAY ENTER INTO THE SETTING

DURING THE COOKING ACTIVITIES CHILDREN ARE INVOLVED IN MIXING AND PREPARATION AND ARE ALLOWED TO SEE THE COOKING PROCESS FROM THE SEE THROUGH WINDOW OF THE KITCHEN FROM THE LOBBY AND ARE NOT ALLOWED INTO THE KITCHEN. ENSURE THAT THE TOILETS ARE CLEANED AND MAINTAINED REGULARLY. ENSURE THAT THE CHILDREN ARE ACCOMPANIED WITH AN ADULT UNTILL THEY GET USED TO THE TOILET. ENSURE THAT CHILDREN WASH THEIR HANDS AFTER THEY USE TOILETS. ENSURE THAT ALL THE SOCKETS ARE

COVERED BEFORE ALLOWING THE CHILDREN INTO TH SETTING AND MAKE SURE THAT THEY ARE IN PLACE THROUGHOUT THE SESSION.

ENSURE THAT THE EQUIPMENT AND TOYS ARE CHECKED REGULARLY FOR BREAKS, LOOSE PARTS AND MAKE SURE THAT THEY ARE IN GOOD WORKING CONDITION ENSURE THAT THE PLAY AREA IS CLEAR WITH NO UNWANTED MATERIALS OR ANIMAL FAECES BEFORE LATTING THE CHILDREN OUT. ENSURE PROPER SUPERVISION AT ALL TIMES. ENSURE THAT THERE IS ENOUGH SPACE ALLOCATED FOR THE CHILDREN TO PLAY

ENSURE THAT PROPER ROOM TEMPERATURES ARE MAINTAINED ACCORDING TO THE PREVAILING WEATHER CONDITIONS. ENSURE THAT THE FIRST AID KIT IS WELL STOCKED, CHECKED AND FILLED REGULARLY AS RECOMMENDED ENSURE THAT WASHING, CLEANING, PREPARING AND STORING FOOD AND FOOD EQUIPMENT IS DONE IN A PROPER AND HYGIENIC CONDITION AS RECOMMENDED. ENSURE THAT CHILDREN WASH THEIR HANDS BEFORE HAVING FOOD ENSURE THAT THE BINS ARE CLOSED, EMPTIED REGULARLY AND KEPT CLEAN.
